White PP Bubble Sheets are produced by co-extrusion process with multiple layers of virgin polypropylene sheets of plain layers on either sides and a middle core layer having thermoformed bubbles. These bubbles are welded together with specialized technique to get a strong, rigid and composite structure which offers remarkable mechanical properties. It is also possible to use various combinations of thickness, cell size and materials to adjust the strength according to the application.
